Warren is the VP, Managing Director of Copper Giants, Liberty Mutual Insurance's in- house agency and lead creative partner. His career showcases extensive expertise in building and leading in-house agency operations for major global brands.
Prior to his current role, Warren served as Chief Operating Officer of the In-Housing Practice at Monks, where he established creative, data, media, and production teams for technology giants including Google, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, PayPal, and Netflix worldwide. Before Monks, he was Chief Operating Officer for Verizon's in-house agency, where he built the internal team and designed the brand's agency ecosystem.
With over 30 years of experience in global marketing communications, Warren has held senior operational roles at prestigious agencies including BBDO, OMD, and Wunderman. His unique professional background spans agency, brand, and startup environments. He has also led marketing functions for various Silicon Valley startups disrupting industries such as fintech, influencer marketing, and philanthropy.
A Costa Rica native, Warren holds an MBA from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership at Steinbeis University in Germany. He is a recognized industry thought leader, having delivered keynote speeches at IHAF, ANA, IHAC, IHALC, Henry Steward WFA, and Cannes Lions.
Warren is a passionate advocate for LGBTQIA+ issues. He chaired the first global Pride.Monks Community at Monks and currently serves as Co-Chair for Pride@Liberty. Additionally, he co-founded the Mordesovich-Chase Family Charitable Gift Fund with The Horizons Foundation in San Francisco.
Warren divides his time between Sonoma, California, and East Hampton, New York.
